Why Therapy Alone Isn’t Enough: How Past Life Regression Hypnosis Can Help You Break Old Patterns

Therapy can be a great tool.

I do it myself.

It can be an invaluable tool for things like

  • Unpacking childhood experiences

  • Improving communication skills

  • Emotional regulation

  • Perspective shifts

It’s a great way to talk through issues and learn skills to help with difficult situations.

But sometimes it’s hard to go deep. Or it feels like it takes a long time to get to the hidden layers of ourselves.

Or maybe there’s a pattern in your life you’re trying to break but therapy alone isn’t fully getting you where you want to be.

Enter hypnosis. Specifically past life regression hypnosis, which allows you to access the deeper layers of the subconscious mind.

Hypnosis is a great tool because it helps you access your subconscious mind quickly. The subconscious mind is where many of our core beliefs live, beliefs shaped by early conditioning, emotional memory, and unconscious patterns.

Many of our patterns don’t come from our logical thinking mind. They come from beliefs and emotional memories stored deeper in the subconscious.

When you go under hypnosis, you’re able to access these parts of you and rewire old thought patterns much faster than you are at the conscious level.

Past life regression hypnosis is especially useful for breaking old patterns because sometimes these patterns didn’t even begin in this lifetime.

What if the reason you keep selecting the same toxic partner but in a different body goes back to something your soul learned in another lifetime?

What if you find out that the reason you self-sabotage goes back to a previous life where staying small was a survival technique?

Past life regression can offer a deeper understanding of patterns in our lives. It offers an awareness that other modalities cannot, because you are able to experience the “why” of a pattern that began long ago.

You then have a choice: do you wish to hold onto this pattern, or do you want to let it go and move forward with thought patterns that better serve you.

When your subconscious mind realizes that these patterns aren’t serving you anymore, that they aren’t needed in this lifetime, you can teach it more helpful patterns that do serve you.

You step into a new way of being.

All this doesn’t mean therapy isn’t valuable. In fact, many people find that hypnosis and therapy complement each other beautifully.

In my past life regression hypnosis sessions in Asheville and Black Mountain, I often see clients uncover patterns they’ve been trying to work through for years.
